標題[請問] 從早到晚都在忙碌的人

許多上夜校的學生他們白天工作晚上唸書或是有兼差的上班族白天工作完下班晚上又要繼續下一個工作請問他們平常都是如何維持好體力與精力以應付從早到晚的事情？他們都是吃哪牌的維他命？還是他們都喝蠻牛或是其他精力飲料？他們如何長期維持好體力？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.158.139
