滿載煤灰、從廣東出發的大陸籍「新康輝」貨輪為了爭取滿潮時間進入福建泉州港，昨日晚間竟擅入我方金烈水道，幾經嗚笛廣播勸阻無效，遭海巡署艦艇帶回偵辦。

金門海巡隊表示，兩岸人民關係條例規定，擅入我方禁止、限制水域外國船隻可處100萬元以上、1000萬元以下罰緩，而「新」輪將是該法自2012年增修以來受罰的金門首例。
