江揆上台施政報告 綠委擋關

立法院第八屆第五會期開議首日，台聯三位立委帶著標語霸占主席台不讓行政院長江宜樺（後排左二）上台進行施政報告，民進黨立委則拿著抗議布條在講台前喊口號表達立場，國民黨立委立即群起架開台聯立委，清空講台讓江揆順利完成施政報告。
