北捷隨機殺人　鄭捷今晨遭裁定收押

犯下台北捷運瘋狂殺人事件的21歲凶嫌鄭捷，於22日清晨被新北地檢署依殺人罪嫌向法院聲請羈押，新北地院清晨6時召開羈押庭，不到20分鐘法官便立即裁定收押。 東海大學環工系二年級男學生鄭捷在犯下瘋狂殺人案後，22日凌晨2時50分左右被依殺人等罪嫌移送新北地檢署複訊，至凌晨4時30分檢方複訊完畢後，被依涉犯殺人重罪向法院聲請羈押，新北地院今晨6時20分裁定收押。

而鄭捷遭裁定收押後，在警方護送下被押往台北看守所。不過，法官認為因犯罪事實明確，是由鄭捷一人所為，因此並未禁止接見。
