警持MP5巡邏北捷 李茂生：這個政府瘋了

台北捷運喋血案造成通勤族惶恐，警方近日動員加強在各捷運站內站崗、巡邏，甚至有特警持MP5衝鋒槍進入車廂內巡邏，台大法律系教授李茂生今(26)早在臉書PO文表示，「這個政府真的是瘋了，上層的人就沒有一個人是有腦的嗎？」

李茂生指出，捷運上有特勤持MP5巡邏，槍枝當然是有上保險，但是機械總有故障的可能。而且，萬一不幸再度發生隨機殺人事件，此際，特勤是要拿MP5開槍嗎？「流彈等問題，不能說是不可能發生。最後，萬一某特警就是...，那該怎麼辦？」

其實，特警持MP5進入車廂也引發網友討論，有人擔心女警武裝進入車廂，要是遭到歹徒襲擊或槍枝落入歹徒之手，後果不堪設想。
