被動元件大廠國巨擬現金減資7成效應持續發酵，國巨開盤跳空漲停20.95元，成交量大增逾6萬張，隨後漲停打開。

延續12日跳空鎖漲停氣勢，國巨開盤持續跳空漲停20.95元，抵10年波段高點。

隨後賣壓浮現，漲停打開，來到20.5元附近。

國巨董事會11日決議辦理現金減資，減資幅度70%，減資金額約新台幣153.95億元，消除股數約15.39億股，每股將退還股東現金7元。減資後實收資本額將降至約65.97億元。

法人預期，國巨現金減資作業大約在第3季底到第4季初完成，預計第4季瘦身後新股本可望落實。

法人預估，國巨在瘦身後新股本加權計算下，第4季每股稅後盈餘可望明顯成長。(中央社)
