心血管疾病新選擇　台大推生物血管模架

根據世界衛生組織2013年調查，冠狀動脈疾病是全球頭號死因，心導管手術是治療方法之一，其執行過程多會用到心血管支架，但現有支架擺久了仍恐影響血管正常功能，台大醫院投入「全吸收式生物血管模架」國際臨床試驗，台灣共有34名冠心病患者使用此最新型支架，術後追蹤15個月至今皆無異常，也可望帶給病人更多治療選擇。
 
醫師解釋，全吸收式生物血管模架置入後，能維持血管暢通，並持續撐開血管、讓動脈管徑大小定型，當血管強度固定、不再需要模架後，2到3年內便會逐漸被人體自然分解、吸收，且若是冠狀動脈再度發生阻塞或狹窄，而需再次治療時，由於沒有植入物，病人可選擇的治療方案也較多，適用對象會比以往更多元。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
