【動新聞】讚！全球甜點大賽　台選手奪冠

繼麵包師傅吳寶春拿下世界麵包冠軍，85度C台灣總公司研發部主廚陳立喆再為國爭光，拿下「甜點王」寶座。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，擁有百國逾千萬名廚師會員的世界廚師協會，每兩年舉辦一次全球廚師大賽，今年首度舉辦全球甜點廚師大賽，去年先在各地舉辦預賽，選出台灣、阿拉伯聯合大公國、哥斯大黎加、捷克、芬蘭、賽普路斯、紐西蘭7國選手，代表7大地區參加總決賽。陳立喆耗時一年多、每天至少15小時，研發出名為「深海藍畫映」一組3款甜點，昨在全球甜點廚師大賽中奪冠，為台爭光。

陳立喆則說，奪冠非常開心，除感謝家人，也謝謝公司支持，讓他一年多來每天努力製作及發想，「是非常少有的企業」。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
