領隊放鴿子、司機拒載　遊日團狀況連連

有民眾參加信安旅行社的日本溫泉美饌5日旅行團，每人3萬6800元，卻接連碰上領隊沒來、遊覽車司機拒載等離譜狀況。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，柯小姐說，5月8日出發當天，杜姓領隊竟沒出現，整團27人無奈自行搭機赴日，抵達日本由齊姓導遊帶領，沒想到遊覽車司機說沒領到車資拒載，被迫驅車1小時前往不在行程中的新宿領車資。旅程中導遊坦承沒去過部分行程，對路線都搞不清楚。

信安旅行社表示，領隊稱當日遇車禍才未到，遊覽車費用在領隊身上，進而造成後續搭車問題，坦言臨時調派的導遊對行程不熟悉，願退費，但7月3日協商破裂。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
