所謂的冷凍卵子，又稱雪藏卵子，就是取母體健康時的卵子冷凍，阻止卵子隨人體衰老，待想生育時取出冷凍的卵子使用即可。娛樂圈生態特殊，女明星拚事業或顧形象，放眼望去，40來歲婚姻無著的大有人在，有些人考慮借精生子、有些人希望即使結婚後仍有健康卵子可受孕，以下將介紹10位、曾提到有「凍卵」的女明星：

10.藍心湄：被稱為「百變教主」的藍心湄，一直引領時下女性流行風潮的她，今年已經48歲。2008年6月，藍心湄赴日進行人工授精並成功懷孕，不料2個月後仍流產。隔年，求子心切的藍心湄再赴日本，卻因身體太瘦、膽固醇過高無法圓夢。
