麥德姆未造成重大傷亡　CNN：台灣建設讚

麥德姆颱風中心今天凌晨0時10分在台東長濱鄉登陸，清晨4時20分從彰化出海。雖然麥德姆穿過台灣，但目前並未傳出重大傷亡等災情，美國CNN記者就盛讚：「台灣的建設很好。」

CNN報導指出，亞洲在3周內就連續出現3個威力強大的颱風，包括浣熊、雷馬遜，到這次侵襲台灣的麥德姆。CNN記者提到，因為台灣基礎建設極佳，這場風暴並未造成嚴重的傷亡數字，不過有許多鄉鎮因此停電，並發生淹水狀況。

氣象預報中心指出，目前麥德姆在台中西方近海處繼續向北北西方移動，但強度受到地形破壞略微減弱。預估最快今天下午至傍晚間，本島將脫離暴風圈。（施旖婕／綜合報導）
