3C螢幕藍光傷眼　紫外線是病變主因

智慧型手機、電腦螢幕釋出藍光，醫師表示，長時間以藍光照射老鼠眼睛，結果造成視網膜凋零、萎縮，人體實驗尚未有定論，但長時間看螢幕仍有傷眼的可能。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，醫師表示，螢幕散發出的藍光，對眼睛造成黃斑部病變的影響，並沒有想像中嚴重，紫外線才是造成黃斑部病變的主因，最近太陽大，外出最好戴著墨鏡保護眼睛。而平時看手機、電腦螢幕，每30分鐘就得休息10分鐘，應避免在昏暗環境下看手機。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
