性侵16歲少女　辯罹患「睡眠性交症」

​英國一名被控性侵少女的男子，以罹患「睡眠性交症」（sexsomnia）為由，說不記得曾對少女做過什麼，卻被前女友踢爆他說謊。

英國《每日郵報》報導，23歲的麥卡利斯特（Michael McAllister），去年元旦派對期間，在未經同意下性侵一名16歲入睡的少女。少女稱當時太驚慌，不敢反抗，有機會下床離開時，卻又遭對方抓住，繼續施暴。

麥卡利斯特之後涉嫌性侵被捕。他曾向警員表示，當晚自己在睡夢中與別人做愛，但事後什麼也不記得，也不是第一次有這種情況。他後來在庭上自稱有睡眠性交症（sexsomnia），故不知事發當晚做過什麼。

不過，麥卡利斯特前女友作證時，卻踢爆他的謊言，表示與他一起時，只記得他他每次倒頭大睡時，只會發出鼾聲，根本沒有睡眠性交症。陪審團認為麥卡利斯特胡扯，裁定他性侵罪成。法官9月會宣佈刑罰。（國際中心╱綜合外電報導）
