(朋友代PO) 小妹不才，今年研所畢業，背景是私立前段大學-電子所，尋找數位IC設計相關的工作，面試了三間小公司RD，但都沒有下文。最後只拿到三份OFFER，對於第一份工作很謹慎，分紅的程度我在面試沒有問很清楚，下班也都是大約平均的時間， EE是TV內驅動電路板設計，想請大家給我建議，希望是對未來的前景有較大的幫助。謝謝公司包子戀人盛群內容 RD(TV EE) RD(TV EE) FAE 待遇 (N+3) (N+4)*14+分紅(不到1?)
