明早架ㄇ型金屬管 加速排除丙烯

雄檢預計明上午8點會同環保局、榮化等單位，開挖「致命箱涵」兩側，要截斷兩端管線，架設ㄇ型金屬管，讓相關單位能盡快以氮氣加壓法將管內殘存丙烯排除清空，檢方確認安全無虞後就會開挖雙胞箱涵，找專家鑑定箱涵和管線施工先後。
