很怕狗但又無法避免

本身就有ˋ點怕狗的我，在工作時一定要經常去一個地方辦事，但他們那有養一隻小狗，每次看到我去都還沒進去他就隔著玻璃門對我狂叫狂跳，超恐怖!
進去後他就一路跟著我走一邊叫一邊跳，牠主人只會說他部會咬人，但對我而言就是很怕啊!要出去的時候他也依職跟我，就算被別人擋住，只要找到空隙就會飛奔到我這來用百米速度狂奔喔!超可怕的!搞到我都有點想離職了!因為真的很怕狗又不能避免不知該怎麼辦!有辦法可以讓狗不要叫不要跳嗎?
