國民黨南投縣長參選人林明溱今天上午在支持者簇擁下，從競總部徒步到縣選委會登記參選縣長。林明溱在集集鎮長任內，推動小火車，林明溱今天在隊伍的最前頭，也安排一輛改裝的小火車，還會發出嗚嗚的鳴聲，吸引路人圍觀。

林明溱早年曾在省府建設廳上班，返鄉當了二屆集集鎮長，又選上縣議員，目前是他擔任第二屆立委。林明溱今天由前南投縣長林源朗，前南投市長林俊梧和競選總幹事王瑞琛陪同，辦妥參選縣長登記。
