身障藝術發展 楊玉欣提訴求

（中央社記者溫貴香台北2日電）中國國民黨籍立法委員楊玉欣與台灣身心障礙藝術發展協會今天說，文化部應提供一定比例展場與經費支持身障藝術家藝術活動等。

台灣身心障礙藝術發展協會1日起到10月31日止，在立法院文化走廊舉辦「以愛為名－原生藝術之光」聯展，展出9名身障創作者作品。

楊玉欣、台灣身心障礙藝術發展協會理事長吳景柔上午在立法院舉行記者會表示，教育部應協助具特殊藝術天分的身障青年，在十二年國民基本教育畢業後，與勞動部合作提供進階培育計畫與空間，讓身障青年藝術家得以持續學習並接軌創新就業。

吳景柔說，文化部應給予積極有效的海外交流協助，也應提供一定比例展場與經費補助，支持身障藝術家藝文活動；勞動部應將藝術創作列為身障者就業輔導項目及職業種類等。1030902
