大的 One、小的 One 、藍色的紅色的黑色的銀色的 One，HTC 今年看來主力機種one路走來都會是這個造型了，One Max 再度流出，這次是經由 Verizon 電信流出來的圖片，擁有指紋辨識功能以及可換電池設計。

鎧之巨人 HTC One Max 離發表時間看來已不遠了，在各地都陸續有販賣商家傳出的圖片以及資訊，最新的圖片來自於美國 Verizon 電信，確認擁有指紋辨識以及大家念茲在茲的可拆背蓋、可換電池設計。

▲ 這次流出的圖與之前的幾乎相同，原本 HTC 的 Logo 變成了電信商 Verizon 的 Logo。

除了外觀的確認之外，也確認了 One Max 擁有可拆背蓋以及可換電池設計，這在近年來 HTC 的高階款中可說是少見的設計，畢竟上一支 HTC 高階款手機能夠換電池的要追朔到 HTC Sensation 系列了。

布朗德教授擔心，許多人可能會把「食物成癮」當成過度飲食的借口，「這不是我的錯」，因此「我沒有辦法呀」。

「食物成癮」（food addiction）越來越成為過度飲食的代名詞。英國利茲大學心理科學教授布朗德（John Blundell）撰文，警告不要濫用「成癮」。

布朗德的文章說，有些人將食物成癮與藥物成癮聯繫起來，然後用這個名詞來聯繫過度飲食，以此為影響百萬人的肥胖症流行病提供一種臨牀上的解釋。

使用「食物成癮」這個概念是向醫學化邁進了一步，將人類正常的社會行為病理化。

某些飲食方式因此成了一種病。這種態度於事無補，而且會對人們看待自己的行為和生活方式產生重大的影響。

「食物成癮」是把非常複雜的人類行為方式簡單化了。

「不是我的錯」

布朗德的文章說，現有的證據不能界定食物成癮的精確特徵，也無法界定導致所謂的成癮危險的飲食環境。

這與藥物成癮形成鮮明對照。導致藥物成癮的化學成分可以精確辨認，它對大腦的藥理影響可以精確界定。

導致肥胖症流行的可能因素是多重的，將食物成癮列為唯一的因素於事無補，特別是對於那些想有一個健康飲食生活的人。

布朗德教授擔心，許多人可能會把「食物成癮」當成過度飲食的借口，「這不是我的錯」，因此「我沒有辦法呀」。

把飲食列為一種病症，解除了個人應承擔的責任和可以採取的行動。

導致暴食的飲食紊亂症的確存在，但這是一種罕見的臨牀症狀，受影響的肥胖症患者不到3%。

但這無法解釋肥胖症在各群體人口中的迅猛上升。

布朗德的文章最後說，我們應該以平常心對「食物成癮」到底意味著什麼進行分析，以便人們可以對自己的行為原因作出理性的判斷。
