軍檢跟軍法官是一定要軍校政戰系嘛?

這應該是軍法官考試或司法特考的資格規定吧？

第一段簡言之：

只要「專科以上學校」或「經教育部承認之國外專科以上學校」

就讀「法律」、「政治」、「行政」的畢業生。

第二段簡言之：

就讀「專科以上學校」或「經教育部承認之國外專科以上學校」

非就讀法律、政治、行政的畢業生，

你修過的課程必須與本考試所規定的專業科目有「二科以上」相同，

而且每科至少是「二學分以上」者。

軍檢跟軍法官是一定要軍校政戰系嘛？

答：軍檢跟軍法官很少是政戰的。

請問海陸空刑法普通ㄉ法律系會學嗎??

答：不會。

如果是從軍校中正預校(高中) 再來要去哪間才會學到三軍刑法?

答：國防大學。

軍校裡有關法律系的是政戰學院嘛??

答：是管理學院。
