動保處：北投三隻死狗 應誤食老鼠藥

北市府動保處8月3日晚上接獲1999通報，北投三合停車場有狗口吐白沫倒地，救援隊約9點40分到達現場，發現有5隻流浪狗有中毒現象，其中3隻已死亡。

動保處說，應與狂犬病疫情無關，初步懷疑是誤食路旁老鼠藥，北投警分局奇岩派出所已受理此動物受虐案件。
