之前在104看到該職缺「專案助理」 1.具活動企劃提案及宣傳文案撰寫 2.專案活動執行 3.國內外市場商情蒐集 4.異頁聯盟活動洽談、企劃與執行去面試之後其實聽起來比較像是教育訓練專員？大部分是要處理課程的事務一年大概會有12門課程還有大大小小的講座還要寫標案去申請職訓局的補助、處理後續核銷的事情。因為那天面試只有五分鐘,而且面試官說之前電話跟我聊過很多，所以很快就決定要錄用我，只是我還蠻猶豫的，因為之前有人資經驗，但就是因為人資處理的事情太靜態所以才決定離開人資領域。想要走行銷企劃或是活動執行的路線。這是目前第一個面試，也是最快拿到offer的，起薪也還可以接受對方希望這禮拜就到職，現在迫在眉睫了，但這禮拜還安排了不少面試，實在是不想放棄其他機會，但又不知道要怎樣跟對方說？不過因為我只有學校機關活動執行的經驗，很多行銷企劃的工作都需要業界的工作經驗，怕最後又落得一頭空 orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.143.176
