請問精材科技這間公司，內部工作氣氛好不好薪資福利如何，產能好的話，真的有除了保障14個月，季獎金是0.5、0.5、1個月....嗎中秋，端午，春節，五一勞動節，生日會有禮卷或禮金上班的方式是做二休二的那種嗎多上天數有算加班費嗎請問考試的話，考些什麼呢，是類似台積，聯電的，考英聽，智測，性向測驗那類的小弟不才學歷沒有很高國立地名大學的學士目前當任廠務半年多，系統實在是很不穩定，一個月下來大約有一半以上的天數都在掃水......ＯＲＺ，不過這個不是重點ＸＤ，如果有半導體的經驗，或許可以跳去母公司的機會請問如果應徵黃光設備，可以開價的話，大概多少，目前沒啥黃光的經驗，硬要說跟黃光有經驗的，曾經也只有兩個多月黃光製程助工而已， -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.51.76
