【綜合報導】英國一項最新的調查，訪問了1000名業務人員，了解他們的工作情況。結果顯示，有半數業務人員曾經躲入倉庫或蹲廁所，以避過顧客的不斷追問。

有高達63%的業務員承認，在推銷物品時曾經向顧客說謊，誇大貨品的效能等，更有58%的業務每天都吹牛講大話。此外，有47%的業務表示對於自己推銷的物品了解不深，認為公司沒有給予夠足的訓練。

英國科技公司Red Ant指，業務人員的態度差劣，將促使更多顧客使用網路購物服務。

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】台中市皇冠餐盒公司因涉製造毒餐盒，遭中市衛生局勒令停業並限期回收，不過近日仍有民眾檢舉少數商家仍持續使用皇冠餐盒，擔憂食品安全出現問題。中市衛生局今天表示，目前已經回收上百萬個餐盒，不過業者自行回收會有時間差，也呼籲已購買皇冠餐盒的餐飲業者立即停止使用，也請民眾發現市面若仍流通，向衛生局檢舉。

台中市勞工局長賴淑惠表示，皇冠餐盒的員工有148人，其中有27名外勞，停工期間薪水必須照付，勞工局將在月底領薪日主動了解業者是否如實給薪。此外曾在皇冠餐盒公司工作的員工若出現肝腎疾病，經證實是甲苯所致，都可向業者求償，沒有時間限制，也呼籲員工主動利用勞工局提供的免費健檢。

台中市法制局長林月棗也表示，若有餐飲業者繼續提供皇冠餐盒，民眾可向提供的業者求償，「日前有民眾來電諮詢如何求償，但並未正式提告。」
