棧板滑落害殘騎士 貨車司機起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名黃姓貨車司機，去年9月載送飲料到屏東給客戶，回程裝載放飲料的棧板時疏未注意，沒把棧板綁好，一路上搖搖晃晃。貨車行經高雄大寮區時，棧板滑落在馬路上，後面的機車閃避不及撞上，林姓騎士人車倒地，受有顱內出血、右眼神經受損等傷害，多次治療後右眼仍出現複視、視力嚴重減損情形。

高雄地檢署偵查後依業務過失重傷害罪起訴這名貨車司機，最高可處3年以下有期徒刑。
