鑑於各位板友習慣於網路上分享交通事故或違規影片，事故的發生往往是幾秒的時間，常見板友將整段影片上傳，不僅上傳耗時也增加許多不必要的片段，這篇文章就是要教各位使用影片剪輯軟體（Smart Cutter），擷取最精華的片段，然後上傳網站供板友瀏覽。

【軟體教學】

按這裡檢視圖片

1. 開啟欲剪輯的影片檔案，點選「OPEN」。
2. 拉動中間捲軸至欲剪輯影片之頭。
3. 點選「NEW START POINT」，做為剪輯影片之頭。
4. 再次拉動中間捲軸至欲剪輯影片之尾。
5. 點選「NEW END POINT」，做為剪輯影片之尾。
6. 欲剪輯影片之頭尾確認後，最後點擊紅色「匯出」按鈕。

希望各位板友下次上傳影片時，不會再出現完整片段，要求從幾分幾秒開始播放，可以省去許多寶貴時間。
