大埔抗議學生陳為廷、傅偉哲、林羿含等人今（26）日在民進黨立委陳其邁、高志鵬的陪同下，召開記者會指控苗栗縣警察局與警政署，把學生當成治安人口，造冊列管，並派警察到學生家關切。
警政署副署長林國棟回應表示，沒有列管的事，這是「熱線接觸」。現場一陣哄堂大笑，林國棟立刻補充說，「溝通」、「目的是善意」、「目的希望不要有不法的行為」。
林羿含在記者會上指控，25日下午2時、3時左右，一名員警到她台南的家中關切，「態度很客氣」向她的父親表明，上面交代，她已被造冊列管。她說，當她把訊息發出去，發現苗栗有學生，也被列管。
陳其邁詢問，818當天他也有去內政部，是否也被列管？林國棟說，「被列為保護對象！」陳其邁直呼，「被你們保護，我很害怕！」
至於誰下令對學生進行造冊列管，林國棟無法回答，反而要求苗栗縣警察局主任祕書高誌良給答案，而苗栗縣警局承諾一周內給答案。
