【李宗祐／嘉義報導】行政院長江宜樺今天上午到康芮颱風災情嚴重嘉義縣勘災，在巡視大林鎮陳井寮抽水站時，縣長張花冠激動認為埤子頭排水工程如果能早日完工，這些鄉鎮可以避免水患，張花冠向江宜樺下跪陳情請命，被旁人拉住制止。

江宜樺接下張花冠的陳情書後即要離開，由於部份陳情民眾都被排拒在外，民眾氣憤大罵是來作秀的，連個承諾都沒有，要是下次又發生水患怎麼辦？「是不是要死給他看」！
