【短片】水淹七堵站　莒光號逾400乘客受困

【綜合報導】午後一場大雨，讓基隆七堵往四腳亭的軌道被水淹沒，七堵站的交通中斷。這也讓經過的莒光號進水機械故障，讓車上超過400位的乘客受困。

另外，由於台鐵七堵站暫時中斷，許多民眾前往搭車都撲空，已經購票的民眾則是已經在現場等待超過1小時，依然等不到車。
