http://mag.udn.com/mag/digital/storypage.jsp?f_ART_ID=477955 三星64位元處理器 將採Cortex-A50架構設計 聯合新聞網／記者楊又肇／報導 三星不久前透露同樣將推出64位元處理器產品，並且有可能先搭載於新款Galaxy系列旗艦 機種。而在近期於韓國Daum網站報導消息中，則進一步透露三星彩64位元架構設計的處理 器產品，將基於ARM Cortex-A50系列架構設計，同樣也將採用big.LITTLE架構製作。 根據韓國Daum網站報導指出，先前由三星透露即將推出的64位元處理器產品，預計將會在 2014年間推出，並且準備應用於新款Galaxy系列旗艦機種 (亦即「Galaxy S 5」)。而就 相關文件顯示，三星此款64位元架構處理器將同樣採big.LITTLE架構製作，不過核心將採 用ARM Cortex-A50系列架構設計，分別以Cortex-A57作為主要大核，並且以Cortex-A53作 為小核。至於顯示晶片部分，則將搭配ARM Mali T67x。 以目前蘋果新款A7處理器證實由三星製作，顯示目前三星在此部份技術並沒有太大問題。 至於製程部分是否將提前進展至14nm，目前暫時還無法確認，不過就三星預計在2015年基 於14nm製程技術再次取得蘋果處理器訂單，或許將有機會採用14nm製程技術生產自有64位 元處理器 (否則將維持現有28nm製程技術)。 而處理器進展至64位元架構，除了在記憶體定址更具優勢，並且可擴大記憶體容量對應， 同時也能提昇多工處理與整體效能，並且可配合更小製程技術達成省電需求。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.171.150
