搭小黃爆糾紛　臉書號召網友相挺開槍傷人

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市警方上周六晚上9時許接獲樹林仁愛醫院通報，1名27歲男子右手上臂有槍傷在診治中；經警方調查，當時因為有2群人，在板橋大觀路上1家KTV歡唱後，搶搭計程車而產生糾紛，其中1方不甘搶輸並遭圍毆，一氣之下開槍傷人；警方隨後積極循線展開調查。開槍傷人的24歲陳姓嫌犯脫逃數日後，知道逃不過警方的追捕，在昨天晚上11時許，帶著跟槍支跟子彈向警方投案。
 
陳嫌向警方表示，當時因為朋友遭對方打了1巴掌後，氣憤之下跟對方嗆聲要談判，並同時利用臉書號召朋友前往助陣，因為一時緊張才向對方汽車開槍，不料竟傷到人。目前警方認為陳嫌的供詞避重就輕，先將其依槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例與殺人未遂移送法辦，並擴大偵辦陳嫌是否有涉及其他刑案。
