劉政鴻嗆邱文達　「請派人接院長」

【胡治言／綜合報導】親民啟能教養院院長周本錡涉凌虐院生事件，衛生福利部長邱文達要求將周停職，縣長劉政鴻昨強調，該教養院是財團法人，依法縣府不能逕行撤換或接管院長職務，「如果中央要撤換，歡迎邱部長派人來接」。

《蘋果》報導，周本錡昨接受媒體訪問時自認被冤枉，他自嘲說：「我跟馬英九並駕齊驅了，現在是台灣最壞的人。」 至於衛生福利部長邱文達主張周應停職接受調查，對此，苗栗縣長劉政鴻昨說，目前首要應關切所有院生照護權益，若中央認為該撤換院長，縣府歡迎邱文達派人來接。

苗栗檢方已簽分他案了解院生受虐情形，警方昨對周作訪談筆錄，請周說明監視器畫面毆人原委，同時調閱院生名冊，將聯絡家屬是否對周提傷害告訴。
