【曾佳俊／新北報導】一名3歲曾姓女童，出生第2天接種卡介苗，之後1年不時發燒，嚴重到住院檢查時，才發現7、8、9節胸椎受損，一輩子駝背恐無法復原，家長指控受卡介苗菌株感染，今在新北市議員陳明義與預防接種安全監督組織人員陪同下召開記者會，質疑卡介苗安全。曾母沉痛說：「現在鐵衣就像小孩一件脫不下來的衣服！」

預防接種安全監督組織指出，新生兒配合政策，於24小時內施打卡介苗第1劑，可能會引起結核活菌感染，同時出示多張各地小孩接種後發生的不良反應，如胸前不明腫塊、腳掌膿腫與大小腳等個案，證實疫苗有「缺失」，呼籲政府做好衛教宣導外，也該建立主動慰問與完善後續醫療。
