閃貓害乘客受傷　女駕駛判3月

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市陳姓女子(35歲)去年9月開車載徐姓男乘客到屏東縣東港碼頭，行駛在國道三號高速公路時，陳女為閃躲路面上貓隻屍體，將方向盤急轉向右，因操控失當打滑擦撞外側護欗，致徐男頸部挫傷，陳女遭告過失傷害。
 
台中地院指出，高速公路路面平整，視野開闊，陳女若能即早發現前有動物屍體，即可採取減速或避讓等安全措施，卻疏於注意車前狀況，行駛至近處才發現動物屍體，並在時速100公里的情況下急轉方向盤，因閃避而操控失當撞上護欗，造成徐男受傷，因此依過失傷害罪判陳女3月刑期，得易科罰金9萬元。
