旅美球員郭阜林日前已遭洋基隊釋出，他所屬的經紀公司八方環球公司已證實這個消息，八方環球駐台代表張家銘表示「郭阜林仍希望到美國發展，會繼續幫他找球隊」。

郭阜林22歲，2009年以簽約金30萬美元加入洋基隊，2010年開始旅美生涯，大都待在新人聯盟，今年在1A出賽30場，在高階1A出賽23場，季後曾接受中華隊徵召，參加台日交流賽。

張家銘表示「郭阜林仍希望到美國發展，同時也希望可以參加明年9月的仁川亞運」，現在八方環球公司正積極為郭阜林尋找新的球隊。
