最強寒流襲日本　北海道新幹線停駛

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日本氣象廳表示，入冬以來最強一波寒流從今天開始襲日，從日本列島從九州到北海道，今早開始觀測到攝氏零下的氣溫。北海道目前已經開始下起大雪，新幹線列車也陸續停駛。

據日本NHK報導， 其中北海道東部的陸別町，今晨測得攝氏零下23度的氣溫，札幌市氣溫零下7.4度。東京都氣溫也降至1度，名古屋市及熊本市等九州地區，也測到零下1度。氣象廳預測，受到這股冷空氣影響，日本多處會開始下大雪，呼籲民眾注意路面結冰及大雪對交通的影響。
