北約要求俄撤兵　籲烏俄展開對談

俄羅斯威脅出兵攻佔烏克蘭，烏克蘭政府緊急號召後備軍人，嚴陣以待，烏俄情勢緊張，掀起自冷戰以來最嚴峻的危機，北約秘書長拉斯穆森(Anders Fogh Rasmussen)2日召開記者會回應烏克蘭問題，表示會支持烏克蘭，要求俄羅斯撤兵，並呼籲俄國和烏克蘭在聯合國安理會的協助下，透過對話和平解決問題。
 
烏克蘭總理尤森克(Arseny Yatsenyuk)2日也譴責俄國總統普丁，拉高雙方緊張情勢，稱目前烏克蘭狀況危急，呼籲國際出手壓制普丁。（周佩萱／綜合報導）
