被驗尿一定驗的出來嗎?驗到三及罰錢就好還是需要開庭?

1.因為朋友前一陣子被警方抓到吸食k他命所以帶回警局驗尿.當實驗尿是驗兩瓶
有人說驗一瓶是驗k.驗兩瓶就是驗二級?

2.因為現在的毒咖啡毒奶茶和神仙水都混有很多成分.如果驗尿的話驗的出來嗎?

3.然後現在我朋友收到傳票.一般驗到三級不是只要罰錢就好嗎?還是開庭也是正常的?

4.然後他傳票上寫著(請務必到場說明是否接受戒癮治療)這意思是驗到二級嗎?

5.如果他真的驗到二級毒品.一定要進去勒戒嗎?還是可以一樣罰金就好?
