台積電徵才5000人 鎖定女新鮮人

晶圓代工龍頭廠台積電今年接獲蘋果訂單，積極擴產20奈米先進製程，擴增人力上看5000人。特別的是，今年台積電校園徵才鎖定女性新鮮人，以粉紅氣球布置女性味濃的攤位，希望吸引更多女新鮮人上門求職。

台積電表示，估計台灣理工科系的女生約占18％，相對較男生少；但該公司女性工程師也漸增，包括工程師、作業員在內共3000人，約占總員工數39000人的7.7％，並有多位高階女主管，例如資深副總經理何麗梅等。

台積電近幾年徵才數約4000人，今年因迎接蘋果訂單，擴增人力上看5000人，工作地點以新竹及南科廠為主。而因應服務業及科技業搶人搶得兇，台積電今年也祭出誘人薪資，博士起薪約6萬元，碩士約45000元，學士約38000元。（記者洪友芳）
