自經區釋疑　國發會：民進黨若要開放全國也樂見其成

針對民進黨對於自由經濟示範區提出8大質疑，國發會今日回應，指民進黨的質疑內容多與現狀不符，對自經區內容也多有誤解，強調除了產業發展方向重點明確，且有完整配套，而民進黨若希望以全國為範圍推動自由化，國發會樂見其成。
 
國發會表示，就是因為國內對全面自由化尚有疑慮，為避免衝擊過大，透過自經區小規模試行來凝聚共識，如成效良好，當然會推廣到全國適用，實體園區外，自經區也有指定試點機制，不限地域在全國範圍推動自由化措施，如金融、教育，而透過前店後廠委外加工，更可讓效益擴散到全國。
 
而民進黨認為，在自經區中，關於醫師、會計師、建築師的執業應一致性處理，國發會則認為，這種想法是錯誤的，一致處理恐引發更大爭議，醫師、會計師、建築師的服務業特性不同，現有規範也有差異，無法做一致處理，如自經區規劃引入外籍醫師提供服務，但並未開放外國會計師、建築師可簽證執業。」（林海／台北報導）
