扯！警搜身不確實　通緝犯法院搜出毒品

台北市1名41歲謝姓女子，多年前因詐欺罪遭法院通緝。前日謝女在桃園市遭到桃園警方查緝逮捕後，警方將她移送回士林地方法院。怎知就在法警對謝女搜身時，竟然從他的隨身包中，找到一級毒品海洛英1．5公克，還有針筒等物品。法警立即通知轄區分局過來帶人，再針對謝女持毒部分追加1條毒品罪嫌。
 
檢方表示，法警室針對所有進入院內的人犯，都會確實仔細地搜身，防止意外發生。至於桃園警方在人犯移送過程中疏於搜身，警方也會調查究責。（突發中心／台北報導）
