電信門號和手機兩者是毫無關係的

也就是說你一個門號不論綁多少的資費和時間
只要你高興天天換新機也行

門號會和手機綁在一起只是為了提升銷售率而已

讓一個消費者門號綁約可從中賺取佣金
而賣掉一隻手機也可從中抽取一定金額

一般都是去電信業者門市或通訊行

但如果你去世貿的電腦展之類的買手機此時就會發現
幾乎全部有賣手機的攤位根本沒有再綁門號都是空機
