學運期間在臉書嗆聲要「幹爆」女學生的台中霧峰分局員警蘇森暉，經台中地方法院審理後在今（27）日依恐嚇公眾罪，判處有期徒刑3個月，緩刑2年，並應向公庫支付新台幣2萬元。

蘇森暉因不滿太陽花學運期間被停止休假必須參與勤務支援，先是在臉書嗆聲：「王八蛋，這些人出門被車撞死，幹！看警察不爽請直接來派出所單挑」；接著又PO文表示：「停休。北上立法院抓女暴民…套子我帶了，準備被我幹暴吧！」引發輿論撻伐。

全案經台中地方法院審理後依恐嚇公眾罪，判處蘇森暉有期徒刑3個月，緩刑2年，並應向公庫支付新台幣2萬元。
