蘇力搞鬼　全台超過4萬戶停水

【王玉樹／台北報導】台灣自來水公司最新統計，因蘇力颱風影響，全台共有4萬6100戶停水，包括基隆、桃園龍潭、台中東勢、苗栗卓蘭、彰化花壇、高雄六龜等地，主因是台電供電出問題，使偏遠地區淨水場站沒有電力處理，預計隨著台電復電，下午即可陸續恢復供水。  

不過苗栗頭前溪因溪水濁度升，使新竹竹北有2萬5000戶缺水，而梨山有4300戶停水，是因取水口阻塞，另高雄六龜取水口被沖毀，都須待濁度降低，或風雨解除，才能進去搶修，復水速度不會太快。
