【綜合報導】陳偉殷在4局上與水手第6棒史莫克(Justin Smoak)展場一次驚心動魄的對決，史莫克在這個打席中一共對殷仔打出12個界外球，其中一次差點就是全壘打，這打席總共16球，但最後史莫克還是敲出左外野安打，將原先再度以二壘打上壘的伊巴涅茲(Raul Ibanez)送上三壘，還有殷仔最後讓桑德斯(Michael Saunders)擊出一壘滾地球出局，力保不失。

總共殷仔前4局用了66 球，被敲4安打掉1分，水手在前3局都有2名打者攻佔壘包，但都無能攻下分數，4局上結束，水手仍以1比0領先。
