史詩喜劇《總舖師》票房再創新高，21日雖然碰上潭美颱風，但完全不受影響，還衝出上映以來最高單日票房。電影大賣更帶動周邊詢問度，包括原聲帶、電影書都將發行。

電影上周五（16日）在台上映，憑著好口碑讓票房在周末3天倒吃甘蔗，全台票房不僅一天比一天高，到了周一更首度拿下單日票房冠軍。本周三（21日）更有不少放颱風假的民眾也進戲院支持，創下920萬台幣的上映以來全台票房單日新高，累積票房約4300萬台幣。

不少觀眾看完電影後也對片中古早味手工菜充滿好奇，除了有人嘗試自己做，更有人分享「哪裡買」，介紹台灣有推出菜色的飯店及餐廳；還有熱心網友幫《總舖師》在維基百科上建檔，包括演員、角色、部分台詞、歌曲都查的到。
