胖達人涉廣告不實　73人提團體訴訟

【綜合報導】パン（音同胖）達人麵包添加人工香料，北市法務局消保官室受理消費者對業者涉廣告不實案，提出消費團體訴訟申請，昨已有73人申請，跨越20人成案門檻。業者表示，VIP會員退費方案還未出爐，本月6至19日先對VIP推5折優惠。

北市主任消保官陳信誠說，原擬月底將此案委由消基會提出團體訴訟，要求3倍賠償金，但下月1日業者開始退費，為免屆時又爆爭議，決定受理申請至下月中下旬，下周將與消基會討論訴訟細節。
