外界關心台大醫師柯文哲何時正式宣布參選台北市長，柯文哲今表示，至少要準備到一定程度才能宣布，至於宣布時機，他說「Who knows？」

柯文哲今應太太陳佩琪之邀，至台北市立聯合醫院婦幼院區演講時做上述表示，演講主題為「愛滋器官捐贈事件的檢討」。
