媽祖慈善會淪地下洗滌廠　14嫌遭逮

掛羊頭掛狗肉！民眾向北市環保局檢舉，52歲張姓負責人，去年7月在桃園成立「凱倫金屬有限公司」，到處收購廢棄IC板，運載至金山陽金公路上1間地下洗滌工廠，利用強酸萃取銅金屬後變賣獲利。
 
基隆地檢署成立專案小組，指揮基隆市警大，前往該工廠逮人，驚見工廠門口掛著「新北市媽祖慈善會」旗幟掩飾，長期排放汙水汙染附近環境。張嫌坦承犯行，向警方抱怨說，「都是做賠本生意！」警方昨天陸續逮捕張嫌等14人。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
