環保局一直來家裡勸導

環保最近一直很頻繁的來我們家門口按門鈴，反映有住戶跟他們投訴
說我們家狗的異味太重了要求改進可是從第一次環保局上門勸導後就已經有在盡力做狗尿狗大便的清潔了不知道是哪位住戶卻依舊一直跟環保局投訴他們接獲投訴
也基於公務不得不來進行勸導可是這樣對我們家也是感到很困擾阿
畢竟在家裡平平靜靜的生活要三不五時遭受這些環保局稽查人員的關心
難道說有民眾對同一問題亂申訴環保局人員就要來?
難道就不能過濾一下民眾申訴案件嗎?難道說環保局沒有更重要的事情要做嗎?
畢竟我們是住家也沒有做生意對鄰居的抗議我們也有本著同理心去做處理
可是一直這樣請環保局人員來"關心"我們也是很不堪其擾阿.......
想請問有沒有什麼解決之道?
